From 2021 to 2023, Vince held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer for NexCore Group, one of the premier healthcare real estate developers in the US. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Vince was President and Chief Investment Officer of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, a Toronto-based healthcare real estate investor and developer, where he was responsible for the company’s strategy and investment activities in Canada, Germany, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

Before joining Northwest, he spent nine years at Ventas, one of the “big three” US healthcare REITs, where he was Senior Vice President of Investments, and Chief Investment Officer of its Lillibridge medical office subsidiary. At Ventas he was responsible for the firm’s investment activity in medical office and outpatient real estate, which grew under his leadership from nine buildings to more than 325 properties comprising 20 million square feet, making it the largest medical office owner in the country.

From 1998 to 2005, Vince was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Trizec Properties REIT, one of the nation’s largest owners of premier office buildings, where he held positions in finance, corporate strategy, and asset management. He has also held positions in Kemper Life Insurance’s real estate lending and investment group, and as an advisor to global high net worth investors at Falcon Real Estate, LTD.

Vince is active in the Urban Land Institute and BOMA, and is a member of the board of advisers to the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin School of Business. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
